we got a fantastic complimentary upgrade to a two-bedroom beach house , a really lovely surprise. the view of the water was fine from there. the accommodation was super clean and contained everything we needed for a great time.
i found the pool area to be quite noisy at times , especially with kids doing cannonballs. monitoring from the front office would really improve the overall atmosphere.

the hotel is located a short five minute walk from the beach. the beach water is very clear and beautiful. it is an ideal spot for those wanting beach access.

the staff are lovely , super friendly , and helpful. they were very accommodating to all of our needs. the staff were amazing both in the restaurant and reception.

there is a great pool , complete with a toddler pool , perfect for families. the pool area includes well kept amenities. i did like the shop where we could buy food and wine.

The heated pool was a nice amenity to have .
The room was not up to par for the price. The glassware was not clean, and there was no complimentary water. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The private parking space was also small and right next to garbage cans. It was not a very luxurious experience.

the kitchen was well equipped.
The bed proved very firm during this stay, even with a second mattress topper added. the pizzas sold in the deli were inedible. The resort should not sell them. noise from the pool was irritating. A child's screeching could be heard in the apartment bedroom with the door closed.
